View all applicants for all your positions in your Recruiter Account.
Job Applications Emailed to the Recruiter
All applications to premium jobs will be sent to your email address. You can specify different email addresses for individual jobs, or have all jobs sent to the default email address.
If you post a basic job, you will not receive the applications to your email - you have to log in to your account to see them. You will receive email notifications though.
Job Application Redirection
You can choose to redirect applicants to an external website, such as your own company site or an applicant tracking software you use.
Candidates will complete the application on the external website and their details will not be saved in your Recruiter Account on All Cruise Jobs.
Filtering Questions
Filter out irrelevant applicants by assigning filtering questions to your jobs. Only candidates who answer the questions correctly will be allowed to apply.
Geographically Target Jobs
You can allow only applicants from certain geographical locations (e.g. North America, Western Europe, etc.) to apply for your jobs.
Ads-free Job Detail Page
Premium job detail pages contain no banner advertising (apart of site-wide banners incorporated to the page layout, e.g. the Leaderboard banner at the top of each page).
Candidate Profile Search
Search all Resumes and view up to 15 candidate profiles per month for free, as long as you have at least one Premium job published.
You can view up to 100 candidate profiles for free if you have at least one Premium Plus live job.
You can purchase additional Candidate Search credits if you wish to increase the limit.
Jobs to Social Media
Your premium jobs will be posted to our Facebook and Twitter accounts. Reach thousands of our fans and followers the easy way.
Featured Recruiter Status
Post a Premium Plus job and get even better exposure to candidates. Your company logo will be displayed amongst Featured Recruiters on the homepage and in our Recruiters A-Z Directory.
Jobs emailed to 100 best-fit Candidates
We will select 100 (or more) candidates that best suit your Premium Plus job and email the position to them. Hire the best of the best!
Contact Details in Job Descriptions
Basic job description may not contain any contact details, including your telephone and fax number, email address, website URL, Skype ID, instant messenger ID, etc. All communication between you and candidates has to be made via this website.
Premium jobs are not restricted; they may contain any contact details or links to external websites. You may ask candidates to contact you directly and thus bypassing this website, e.g. emailing their Resumes directly to you.
