Ultra Luxury cruise line with ports of call in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Asia, India, Arabia, South America and Caribbean Is seeking:

Position description

Responsible to make all arrangements, on behalf of the Captain, with the Port Agents for the ship’s arrival in various ports of call.Responsible To obtain all the appropriate clearance information for Guests and Crew. Plan, organize and execute the embarkation and disembarkation of Guests.Manage and oversee the entire Front Desk, Concierge Desk, Bellboys, Printer and Editor Operation.To ensure that a six star service is provided to Guests at all times and to deal with Guests complaints and comments in an efficient and timely manner.

Position requirements

-College Degree/Diploma or Hotel Management School required.
-Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a luxury hotel as a Front Office Manager or two years’ experience on board a luxury cruise ship in a Hotel Management position required.
-Minimum one year experience in shipboard clearance duties required.
-Must be fluent in written and spoken English other EU languages will be a plus.
-Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills. -Excellent organizational skills.
