The Human Resources department is a strategic partner of our business units and ships to achieve Company goals and drive Company growth also supporting the Company vision by creating innovative and flexible human resource solutions.

The Human Resources group is responsible for global staffing, compensation, benefits, organizational development, diversity, and workplace culture.
Job Requirements
- bachelor/master degree in psychology, education, humanities;
- excellent knowledge of english; knowledge of italian is a plus;
- attitude to work in team and to learn quickly;
- problem solving skills.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
