Experienced Entertainment Manager

The PEEL Entertainment Group, specialising in producing award-winning entertainment, are seeking experienced Entertainment Managers for long term contracts onboard their fleet of cruise ships.

As Entertainment Manager you’ll be Head of the Entertainment department onboard and have overall responsibility for both the scheduling and delivery of the entertainment programme and also management the entertainment team of musicians, technicians, showteam and hosts.

The role will require you to report directly to shore-side management and liaise with all Heads of Department onboard with a focus on maximising customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities.

Successful candidates will have following key skills:

• Have strong administration and computer literacy
• Be an excellent manager of teams and be able to demonstrate previous experience of this
• Be good at influencing others and reporting to superiors
• Cruise experience is preferred but not essential (we’re happy to hear from people from a range of different leisure backgrounds)
