We are looking for a Bar Manager (m/f) with excellent knowledge and great leadership.

Candidate must have good seagoing experience in this or a similar position and have a ”hands on” mentality if required. Candidate should be a positive, open minded person, have strong administration and leadership skills to manage an international team in a positive and productive manner.

Good communication and customer service skills are required. You need to be stress-resistant, flexible and well-groomed at all times.

Fluent English is expected, any additional language would be a plus
