You will provide guests with the best possible service & information both onboard and ashore to meet and exceed guest expectations and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Ideally you will have previous Shorex experience onboard small luxury cruise ships.
You will be a team player, have excellent social skills and impeccable professional appearance.
Strong IT and Administration Skills
Ability to work well to deadlines
You will be well organised, open minded and flexible.
Word, Excel, Outlook, Fidelio Cruise
Fluent English + one other European language.
Previous ship experience essential as is a C1/D visa (or US Passport)
