We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Pastry Chef for a great 5***** American Cruise Line with great itineraries throughout the world.

You should have an excellent knowledge in your field with strong pastry background in luxury cruise lines - ideally you should also have some good knowledge in the Bakery field.

You ensure guests satisfaction by providing the guests with the highest quality product, by monitoring and supervising the overall preparation of the dessert and pastry production, consistently and effectively.

You should have an outgoing, friendly personality and the ability to interact in an international team. You must have excellent U.S.P.H. knowledge, the ability to lead and motivate an international team and management skills are a must.

You should be flexible, stress-resistant, very hands on, creative and fluent in English - any additional language considered as a plus.
