Hairdresser (river cruise ship)

Responsibilities

• Performing managerial tasks for the hairdressing salon, including:
  • Providing clients with advice and service
  • Ordering and controlling products and goods for the salon
  • Achieving and maintaining the required standards of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining inventory
• Hairdresser duties, including:
  • Haircuts for both women and men
  • Blow-dry and up-do hairstyles
  • Working with hair straighteners and curling irons
• Assisting with the daily laundry work
• Providing support during disembarkation day

Qualifications

• English and German spoken and written
• Completed vocational training in the hotel or service industry
• 1 year of experience in a comparable position
• Administrative experience
• Experience with modern communication
• Experience with computerized cash registers
