As Assistant Chief Housekeeper, you would be working in conjunction with the Chief Housekeeper to coordinate, schedule, and supervise the day-to-day activities of the stateroom, public areas, open decks while working alongside a multicultural, world-class team.   You will be responsible for managing the Housekeeping Operation of our state of the art ships (all staterooms, suites and public areas).  In addition, you will have the opportunity to travel the world while working for a top global employer of choice.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Directs, trains, coaches, supports, supervises and evaluates (in conjunction with the Chief Housekeeper) the performance of all direct reports.
• Prepares Butler schedule and assigns duties and stations in conjunction with the Chief Housekeeper.
• Ensures that Butlers(Suite) offers assistance to each suite guest, such as booking shore excursions, making reservations for dinner and wine seminars, booking spa and salon treatments, ordering flowers, and making arrangements, tailor service, packing and unpacking guest’s luggage, offer in suite meal services such as breakfast, lunch, tea time, dinner etc.  Conducts random checks to ensure that all services requested by guests through their assigned Butlers are followed and scheduled as requested.
• Monitors budget and controls the cost of housekeeping supplies, food & beverage items offered to guests.
• Creating and submitting requisitions, views requisition estimates for product replacements, supplies, purchases, etc. and forwards to the Chief Housekeeper for final approval.
