Barchef (m/f)

Your chartered goal:

• You will be responsible for the professional management of several bar outlets, and for the training and continuing development of your bar team
• You will also ensure smooth working operations, inclusive of the related administrative duties
• You will furthermore oversee the ordering of bar equipment and consumables with an eye on economic considerations
• Apart from developing sales, you will always be focused on guest satisfaction

Your previous ports of call:

• You have hotel and restaurant training and proven professional experience
• Ideally you possess a Bartender diploma or Master Bartender certificate awarded by the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce)
• You are proficient in German and English as well as in the use of MS Office
• You are highly service and sales-oriented, and possess charisma, confidence and excellent communication skills
