Head Waiter - Private Residence

We are currently seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and qualified head waiter to manage the culinary service at a prestigious St-Tropez Bay (France) Exclusive Residence. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus), possesses a qualified experience in a similar position in an international environment (resort, restaurant, cruise ship). The successful candidate will be able to drive outstanding, elegant and personalized culinary service to Guests in a wide variety of set-ups ranging from formal, informal, buffets, or family style. A keen understanding of service standards as well as an ability to adjust to changing configurations and requirements is necessary for this role. The ideal candidate will show an outstanding level of flexibility, genuine attitude, social skills, and organization. A high level of international experience and understanding of the World?s culinary specifities (especially Asian) is a must.

The position is available ASAP.

Possibility live-in position (accommodation and food provided).
