Restaurant Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a well-experienced Restaurant Manager (m/f) for a well-known 4* River Cruise Line with international passengers and with a Russian Itinerary.

The position is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Restaurant and other food service outlets throughout the ship towards the goal of achieving total guest satisfaction following company policies.

Candidates must have ship experience in a similar position be well experienced with US and English speaking passengers and must have an excellent knowledge in this field, While keeping the company targets and budget in mind, you should work for the satisfaction of the guest under the requirements and standards of the cruise company.

You should have a well-groomed appearance, good proven management and strong administration skills. You need to be stress-resistant - exceptional communication skills, written and oral, in English is a must and you should be a positive, open minded person. You must have an extensive Restaurant and USPH knowledge, be well organized and must be a team player, with great leader skills. The position requires the ability to motivate, lead and support an international team.

Fluent English is required any additional language would be a plus - also required: very good computer skills.
