Hotel Director (m/f)

Skills & Education:

We are looking for an excellent and well-experienced Hotel Director (m/f) for a well‑known 5* European Cruise Line with mainly English speaking guests and great itineraries throughout the world.

Candidate (m/f) should have several years of experience in a management position in 5* Hotels or Restaurants and must have previous ship experience in the same or similar position.

Your main duty is the full responsibility of guest satisfaction in all service areas of the vessel. Candidate (m/f) is responsible to co-ordinate all Hotel Dept. heads to ensure a smooth and flawless operation. Together with the ship management you are going to coordinate and execute on board safety, environmental and maintenance procedures.

Must be flexible, stress-resistant and a good organizer. A pleasant, well-mannered and outgoing personality is required as well as a well-groomed appearance. You must be flexible, stress-resistant and a good organizer. You should also have strong administration and leadership skills to manage international staff in a positive and productive manner.

Fluent English is required any additional language would be a plus.
