Internship At Training Center Department

Costa Crociere is seeking an intern to provide quality support to its Training Centre Department.

This is an excellent learning opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in a complex, multicultural and challenging business environment.

The chosen candidate will be welcomed to the HR Costa Campus where he/she will play a supporting role in the Training area, assisting Training Managers in coordinating the Corporate Training activities as a whole, both for Shipboard or Shoreside personnel, and managing the process of the training program.

Key tasks assigned to the intern will include:

• Keeping updated the course calendars
• Collecting course registrations and sending updates to those who registered
• Taking care of data-entry related to training activities (participants, comments forms or orders and suppliers)
• Assisting Training Manager in liasing with our supplier for the funded courses
• Supporting Training Managers in monitoring progress achieved by training programs

Other tasks will be….

• Monitoring the Training Centre material
• Checking the facilities prior and after training sessions
• Overseeing the delivery of training sessions
• Supporting Training Manager to assess training effectiveness
• Compiling and presenting information and reports

Job Requirements

We are looking for people:

• with a Bachelor and/or master’s degree in any degree discipline, although Psychology, Mangement and MBA qualifications can be advantageous
• who have effective communication organisational skills
• who have a good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
• who have a good knowledge of English (at least B2 level required)
• who are keen to learn and are motivated
• who are able to work at a fast pace and act proactively
