Position description

Chief housekeeper and head of hospitality department. with 4 stewardess on charge Overseeing the assignment of duties, responsibilities and workstations to your crew. Observing and evaluating staff and work procedures. Approving personnel actions to ensure proper staffing. Implementing Pillars of Safety, Service and Style standards for the housekeeping and Hospitality function. Reviewing current operating procedures , developing and providing on-thejob training to your crew subordinates to strengthen their current performance and preparation for future advancement. Serving owner and guests and will implement the ship interior organization.

Position requirements
•2 year experience in equal position on a cuise ship/yacht or significant experience Hotel Industry
•Previous experience in cruise ship preferred or large Yachts
•Ability to work in a team that is focused on exceeding guest expectations
•Fluent English mandatory.
