Assistant Hotel Director

WRS Tech are looking for an Assistant Hotel Director to join a leading cruise line. The position will be to assist the Hotel Director on the Hotel Operations decisions - with a main focus on Revenue and Front of House.

Ideal Candidate:

• Be familiar with the Bahamian Seamen’s Law's
• Strong managerial & leadership skills
• Passionate about Hospitality
• Experience with Budgets
• Ability to manage change
• Excellent command of the English language - both verbally and written
• Well rounded background in all Hotel areas i.e Restaurant, Entertainment, House Keeping, Retail, Guest Services, Bars

Currently to work on cruise ship in service but with the possibility to work on a new ship being launched in 2017.
