Objective:

• Ensure overall cleanliness of assigned guest suites according to SSC standards.
• Create a warm and pleasant atmosphere for guests.

Responsiblities:

• Cleanliness of assigned section and suites according to SSC and U.S.P.H. standards.
• General cleaning and maintenance of pantry according to U.S.P.H. standards.
• Ensure all amenities are available in guest suites.
• Adhere to working specifications describing linen routines, cleanliness and maintenance of suites.
• Regular pantry watch.
• Assist guest with packing/unpacking if required.
• Shoe polish service.
• Embarkation duties.
• Demonstrate genuine concern for guest well-being.
• Room service as per schedule (on rotation basis).
• Handle all ships equipment with utmost care and report all faulty/broken equipment.
• Assist management with training and induction of new personnel.

Education/Experience:

• Previous housekeeping experience in 5 star operation; hotel or ship.

Computer Skills:

• N/A

Language Requirement:

• Fluent English and conversational in one or more of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Mandarin, Spanish or Portuguese.
