Merchandise Hostess (BBB)

We are currently accepting applications for the position of Merchandise Host/Hostess BBB on behalf of a well-known family cruise line.

The primary role for this position is to play the part of a "Fairy Godmother" or "Pirate Master" in the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, magically transforming guests into a princess, knight and/or pirate. Additional responsibilities are as a Merchandise Host/Hostess, providing friendly service while selling merchandise to guests in fixed and/or mobile retail locations throughout the ship and island.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail or sales
• Interest and ability to create a wow guest experience
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the Disney product,
  characters and story telling
• Experience in hairstyling, nail-painting & make-up
• Outgoing personality
• Ability to demonstrate a passion and strong ongoing focus towards exceeding Guest satisfaction and sales goals
• Knowledge in duty free and VAT preferred
• Experience and knowledge in fine jewellery, watches, perfume, cosmetics or liquor
• Experience in a cashless sales system
• Strong understanding of sales in a busy environment
• Computer literate
• Fluent English & PORTUGUESE
