You have a formal culinary education and sound HACCP/USPH knowledge.
You are focused on providing high quality service & standards, and have worked in fine dining as well as large banqueting establishments in a 5* environment.
You have previous experience of a multi-cultural working environment.
Possess a valid C1/D Certificate.
Be used to managing a small team of up to 6 people in one section.
Fluent English.
Minimum age: 21 years
Previous Cruise ship experience preferred
