We are looking for a Corporate Restaurant & Bar Manager (m/f) for 5* plus International Cruise Line

Duties:

• responsible for establishing the high beverage product within the fleet
• monitors the performance of the entire restaurant/bar operation
• supervises the entire resraurant/bar operation
• set up schedules, composition of service team, job assignments and operation flow
• establishes and maintains standards
• rotates between various ships and corporate office

Requirements:

• must have a degree in restaurant/bar management
• must have extensive experience in bar/restaurant operation aspects of shore-based hotels and cruise ship catering
• knowledge of quality control standards and practices
• fluent in English
