Head Baker (m/w) for a luxurious Cruise Line - January 2016

We are looking for a Head Baker (m/f) for a luxurious Cruise Line

• most distinguished passengers and longterm owners of private residences on board
• capacity of 300 passengers/residents at maximum
• 250 crew member
• various facilities such as boutiques and athletic facilitie, gym and jogging track
• golf simulator, putting green
• casino
• about 10 F&B outlets
• on-board entertainment, library
• shore excursions

Main requirements:

• minimum of 2 years experience as a Head Baker on an ultra luxury cruise ship, hotel or resort
• experience with ultra luxury galley/kitchen operations
• excellent knowledge of Public Health regulations
• experience making presentation in front of groups
• clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• excellent time management skills
• strong organizational skills
• strong budgetary, projections and cost control skills
• fluently in English
• salary: by agreement
• contract: 4 month on / 2 month off
• start: January 24th
