• A team leader who can deliver operational excellence and has the capability to be involved in engaging communications across a multi-cultural organisation
•  Able to build relationships across different teams and structures as well as being able to cut through multi departmental/functional complexities
• Proven experience of managing large teams in a hospitality/travel management background
• Ability to think on your feet with a proven track record of problem solving with creative and innovative solutions
• Experience in identifying underperformance with a track record in team management, training, coaching & development
