Boutique Manager (m/f)

We are looking for a professional Shop (Boutique) Manager (m/f) with great experience in managing retail outlets either on land or at sea for a well known 4**** American Cruise Line with international passengers and great itineraries throughout the world.

The ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of retail management background and have an excellent knowledge in his field and should work for the satisfaction of the guest under the requirements and standards of the cruise company.

Basic requirements: • College Diploma or equivalent work experience. • Effective working skills on Word, Lotus Notes and Excel programs. • Possesses strong retail merchandising skills. • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals. • Ability to foster and develop team environments. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Be the Consummate Host by leading a team in presenting a unique retail experience at sea in line with the Company’s brand strategy, enhanced with excellent customer service, while achieving or exceeding budgeted financial goals.

You should have the following personal characteristics: Understanding of great customer service, with the ability and willingness to excel in deliver an outstanding service to the international passengers - combined with a big motivation in all aspects of job duties & responsibilities, and with outstanding social & communication skills.

A warm, friendly, and caring personality comes naturally to you and the willingness to embrace the company values and lead by example. You can also bring the commitment to continuously display and deliver genuine care to the passengers & your staff, and you have the ability to adapt and adjust to a wide variety of circumstances in the most professional manner.

Fluent in English is a must – other European languages would be a big plus.
