Exclusive private hotel residence and estate in the South of France currently seeks an experienced and qualified Service Manager (F&B Manager).
Your role will be to ensure an exceptional level of service throughout the property, leading the kitchen, service & inventory teams (8-25 people approx. according to season and activities).
Our client is seeking candidates with an international profile and experience in high end luxury hospitality environments.
Fluent French & English is required for this position.
Legal status to work in France is mandatory
Anticipated start April 2016. Initial fixed term contract of 6 months.
