As our Land Discoveries Bike Tour Guide , you are responsible for selling , dispatching and auditing Azamara Club Cruises Bicycle Tours,Cruise Global and Land Discovery Shore Excursions.

The Land Discoveries Bike Tour Guide responsible for maintaining all equipment related to the bicycle tours and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our guests while on company sponsored bicycle tours. All duties and resaponsibilites are to be performed in accordance with the company Safety, Quality and Environmental Standards.

Career snapshot:

• Ensures the effective marketing and selling of all Land Discoveries and Bike Tours including our specialty tour products such as Insider Access,Cruise Global,Bike  Local.Upsells and cross sells tours based on guest demographics.
• Ensures team members make appropriate recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Counting of ticket numbers , compare the amount towards the actual numberson ASR.
• Assists in the preparation of the port call including but not limited to ticketing, dispatch, shuttle preparation.
• Ensure the tours run as described, Azamara Club Cruises Standards met.
• Ensures team members are utilizing “Tour Mapping” knowledge to drive revenue by actively promoting and upselling Land Discoveries Bike Tour.
