Graduate Management Trainee

We are currently looking for a Management Trainee, interested in a 6 month placement working with Silversea Cruises, the World's Best Small Luxury Cruise Line.

This is a new program, developed to offer Graduates an introduction to management at sea.
The placement would be on a 6 month contract, working onboard the vessel, rotating through different departments to gain an overview and insight to hospitality management at sea.

To be considered for this position, you should have recently completed your qualifications in Hotel or Hospitality Management, and be looking for your first step into management. You will have already completed internships, ideally in an international luxury environment.
