We are currently accepting applications for the position of speciality Gelato and Pastry chef.
Minimum requirements:
- 2-3 years formal pastry culinary training
- Minimum five years experience in kitchen environment
- Proficient in Gelato and Ice Cream making.
- Ability to work with a multi-cultural team in a confined environment
- Proficiency in safe food handling, HACCP / USPH
- Knowledge and proficiency in following and converting recipes
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous cruise ship experience preferred
