Costa Crociere is seeking an intern to provide quality support to its Processes & Customer Experience department in the Commercial Operations area. This is an excellent learning opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in a complex, multicultural and challenging business environment.
The intern will work directly with Processes & Customer Experience Coordinator playing a supporting role in defining internal processes to improve Customer Experience by contributing to the following activities:
- business as usual processes automation
- analyzing historical data to build quality improvement processes
- be able to identify weak points across the Customer Experience in assigned streams; help drive initiatives to address those weak points and report updates across the team
- enhance reservation system tools and digital experience (guests, travel partners and agents)
- assist with organizing and preparing materials/presentations
- assist with determinating and tracking issues and objectives related to assigned tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor and/or Master degree
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2 is required)
- Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Power Point)
- Quick thinking, multitasking and problem solving attitudes
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude
- High sensibility in analysis and processes terms
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
