Butler (m/f)

Skills& Education:

We are looking for a well experienced Butler (m/f) for a well-known 5*+ American River Cruise Line with international passengers and wonderful itineraries.

Candidate (m/f) should have several years qualified working experience as Barkeeper at a 5* hotel or restaurant. Previous ship experience would be considered a plus, but it is not necessary as well as an education in a Butler School/Butler Training.

General Responsibilities but not limited to:

• To ensure all food and drinks served within the guests' suite is served to a high standard.
• To ensure that all room service trays are delivered to the pantry according to policy
• Each room service order is served course by course for lunch and dinner or as guest wishes. Dining from the Restaurant menu and the regular room service menu is available for guests
• To provide packing and unpacking service to each guest if requested

You should have perfect service, organisation and social skills and be well mannered at all time as well as having a well-groomed appearance comes natural and easy to you.

You should love to work and interact with your guests and serve them in a most professional manner and have an eye for details and special needs.

You should be trustworthy, discreet and flexible to the needs and desire of your passengers.

Fluent English is required every additional language may be considered a plus.
