As our Traveling casino Manager, you will be a part of our exciting and passionate shipboard Casino Operation team. Leads and manage the Celebrity Casino Fleet with an emphasis on core functions including: Casino Operations, achieving established revenue targets, achieving established guest satisfaction targets, maintaining compliance on all gaming rules and regulations as per Company policies.

Career snapshot: 

• Manages, coaches, supports, supervises, and evaluates (in conjunction with Casino Operations) the performance of all direct reports

• Ensure all strategies and tactics are in place to drive business performance

• Plan and budget casino yearly plan predicting and forecasting revenue results

• Direct shipboard casino teams to achieve strategic and operational objectives and achieve or surpass Guest Ratings objectives

• Oversee revenue standards, revenue performance, scheduling, hiring, development of new products and services, product familiarization, and staffing

• Schedule regular ship visits to perform operational audits of onboard casino operations and report and share findings with shore side team and assist with all aspects of the casino high roller player program

• Mentors, develops and provides on-the-job training to his/her staff to strengthen their current performance and preparation for future advancement
