Our luxury cruise line client is urgently seeking candidates for the role of F&B Manager.

The major goal of the position is to be the Procurement Manager onboard and supervising the Food and Beverage Operation and front of the house with a substantial focus on food and beverage control procedures. He/ she will work in an assigned area and schedule assigned by the Hotel manager.

Job requirements:

High School education or better; a minimum of five years F&B related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be certified by the United States Public Health.

Language requirements:

Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal English and possess good mathematical skills. Other languages are considered a benefit. Must be able to effectively communicate with the ships command and senior management.

Computer knowledge:

Knowledge of Microsoft programs to include but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, ICS Inventory system

Candidates must have proven ability to lead and make decisions, perform under pressure, work with an international team. You will be product cost and quality conscious and have excellent administrative skills.

Previous shipboard experience in similar role mandatory
