Positions Required:

Shipboard Sales Associates

Job skills and experience require:

• 2 years of retail experience
• Proficient English language skills (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications
• High School diploma or equivalent (for example secondary school)
• Ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues
• Ability to initiate conversation and establish relationships with customers
• Ability to sooperate effectively with colleagues
• Ability to work 7 days a week, 10-14 hours daily under pressure and show enthusiasm at all time

Compensation:

from $1000 to $1500 per month depending on the sales of the shop, accommodation, food & medical insurance covered by employer.

Shipboard Retail Managers

Job skills and experience require:

• 3-5 years experience of retail management experience
• At least 3 years experience in overseeing a sales team
• High school diploma required
• College coursework in retail/hospitality or business administration preferred
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both verbally and in writing)
• Ability to travel abroad for 6 months at a time

Compensation:

from $1500 to $2500 per month depending on the sales of the shop
