Chief Baker

We are looking for a Chief Baker. If you are interested in COLUMBIA and believe you can contribute to our success and our client`s success, you should at least fulfil the following job requirements: 

• Extensive experience in European and American cuisine;
• Bread and pastries preparations experience acquired from international ships, hotels and/or restaurants
• Good knowledge of baked food preparations of high standard;
• Able to produce a large variety of brad and sweets;
• Good command of English language;
• Cost efficient and able to stay within predetermined budget;
