Job Description

A luxury cruise company is looking to recruit a professional Sous Chef who takes pride in their work.

The candidate will assist the Executive Sous Chef and will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running operation of food production areas in their assigned galleys. The candidate must have advanced culinary skills and leadership experience and have a minimum of ten years experience working in quality hotels and restaurants.

Seafarers Medical / STCW will be required.

Rotation is 6 months on, 2 months off. Salary paid in US Dollars.

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
