Assistant to the Chief Digital Officer (m/f)

Your target course:

• Monitor and manage correspondence for the Chief Digital Officer, set up appointments, plan the calendars and resources with an approach to prioritize as well as book and coordinate travels and events
• Support the team by following up on agreed responsibilities and actions and ensure their execution
• Responsible for the invoice management and contract administration for freelancing staff
• Liable for the absence management of the team and close cooperation with other assistants within the Costa Group and AIDA

Your previous course:

• Degree in Business Administration and first professional experience as an Assistant or in office administration
• Excellent English skills and proficient computer skills including MS Office
• High degree of service and result orientation, strategic thinking and teamwork as well as strong communication skills
