Cruise Ship Company which include a total of 12 ships member of the prestigious World's Leading Cruise Lines.
Position description
To be accountable for both operational duties and qualitative controls concerning the total Food production on board a ship; he/she is responsible for the correct implementation of company procedures while ensuring that our customers are experiencing culinary delights in all of our food outlets. Leading a multi ethnical team, he/she is in charge of training and actively taking part in the technical development of the Galley brigade.
Position requirements
Requirements:
- Certification of Hotel/Tourism School, College or University.
- 2/3 Years experience as an Executive Chef in an International Company 4/5* starts establishment with large facilities or on board a cruise ship with large teams.
- World cuisine knowledge combined with advanced USPH certificate
- Computer Skills.
- Good Organisation skills, team management, Interpersonal skills, Problem solver, -International exposure prefered.
- Fluent English mandatory, Spanish or German will be a plus
Position salary
