Background:                                                   

  • Solid experience (>10 years) with modern international companies with specific degree of knowledge of B2B2C marketing technicalities and professional exposure to digital marketing communication
  • Managed external supporting creative agencies in building advertising B2C and B2B campaigns both offline and online
  • Proven track record as an effective team builder, ideally has been able to develop and consolidate a team in the past;

Key Tasks

  • Coordinates and manages planning, resource allocation and execution of consumer marketing communication activities constantly balancing strategic central guidelines and local tactical needs
  • Identify activity streams on Trade Marketing domain, collecting needed resources within the organization and grant best time to market for delivery
  • Support Country Leadership team with analysis and insights on target segments and market trends
  • Share within local organization of central marketing inputs and media planning strategy
  • Overview of marketing budget (Consumer and Trade) and lead decision of Trade marketing budget allocation (previous budget management experience required)
  • Scout marketplace in order to exploit potential new partnerships to drive comarketing activities supporting sales
  • Flexible team player and leader; able to co-ordinate and manage in a non-hierarchical, fast-paced environment with outstanding people management skills
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines;

  • Fluent in English and Italian – both written and spoken
  • Business Administration Degree, Economics or similar
