Skills & Education:
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Exec. Pastry Chef for a great 4* European Cruise Line with great itineraries throughout the world.
You should have an excellent knowledge in your field with strong galley background in 4* or 5* Hotels.
You ensure guests satisfaction by providing the guests with the highest quality product, by monitoring and supervising the overall preparation of the dessert and pastry production, consistently and effectively.
You should have an outgoing, friendly personality and the ability to interact in an international team. You must have excellent U.S.P.H. knowledge, the ability to lead and motivate an international team and management skills are a must.
You should be flexible, stress-resistant, very hands on, creative and fluent in English - any additional language considered as a plus.
Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
Language Requirements
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
