HR Manager

Faststream are working with a leading Cruise Owner who have the opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join them in West London.

The HR Manager will be responsible for the setting up and leading of the UK HR function, including designing and implementing policies & procedures, integrating them against global strategy and hold responsibility for an extensive recruitment campaign.

The role will also have responsibility for establishing training programs, compensation & benefit review, career and workforce planning, induction & appraisal, grievance policy and overall HR Organisational advice to Managers and HOD's.

The successful candidate will hold previous experience in a similar role within a Shipping or Maritime environment and ideally be CIPD recognised.

Excellent knowledge of compliance procedures and employment law within the UK is essential.
