Sous Chef - Cruise

The Company

I am currently working with leading Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef on board. Candidate should have experience as a Sous Chef and ready to step up to Executive Chef in there absence.

The Role

As Sous Chef you will report into the Executive Chef and enjoy a varied role. You will prepare meals to the highest standards and replace the Executive Chef in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Cruise experience a Sous Chef
• Fluent English language skills
• Seagoing Qualifications
• The Legal right to live and work in Europe

• £2500 PCM (paid x 12)
• 12 weeks on 6 weeks off rotation
