Job Description

Role: Front of House Manager
Company: A truly unique 5*+ Cruise Liner
Website: On application
Start date: Soon
Salary: Tax Free $3500 USD paid 12 months a year even when on leave.
Contract: Circa 4 months on and 8 weeks off – paid in the vacation time
Reporting to: The Hotel Manager
Berthing: Single cabin
On success: You would be required to obtain a ship’s medical and also a visa

The Brilliant Role Overview:

In the role of The Front Office Manager your primary responsibility is the management of the entire Front Office team including Reception, Bellmen and the Clearance Officer. The Front Office Manager requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, Guests and team members.
A procedural approach to managing Reception, Bellmen and the Clearance Officer must be employed, utilizing modern management principles as well as incorporating technological innovations where practical in order to deliver top quality service to our Residents and Guests.

YOU the fabulous professional

You will currently be working on a luxury Cruise Liner or in a 5* hotel in the role of Front of House Manager for a minimum of three years.
If you have never worked on board a cruise liner then you will be prepared to work long and odd hours including weekend and holidays, 7 days a week for the duration of your contract.
