We are looking for Chefs de Partie and Commis de Cuisine (f/m) for a 5*+ river cruise ship
- 160 guests
- 3 restaurants, 3 bars
- 89 crew members
- To properly prepare all items required for the daily Menus and special events as instructed by the Pastry Chef and to ensure that products are consistently prepared according to the highest possible standards.
- To ensure that Galley equipment is maintained properly, that the highest standards of cleanliness are kept and that safe food handling is practiced at all times.
- To provide a six star service at all times.

Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
