Sous Chef - (Cruise)

I am currently working with leading Cruise Company, and have an exciting opportunity for Sous Chefs on board some of their ships.

As a Sous Chef you will report into the Executive chef and enjoy a varied role. You will prepare meals to the highest standards and replace the Executive Chef in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in this role in a 4*/5* restaurant/hotel
• Fluent English language skills
• the legal right to leave and work in the EU
