Costa Crociere Training & Development team is looking for Training Specialist for its Commercial Operations department.

His/her mission will be contributing to enhance Commercial Operations employees competences by designing and conducting training programs aimed at boosting their performances in alignment with Company’s core values. The person will be responsible for assessing training needs and designing end to end training modules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying training needs to both address operators weaknesses and leverage their strengths
  • Building training program and preparing educational materials
  • Measuring training effectiveness
  • Scouting for new training opportunities and continuous improvement of activities  

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Organizational Psychology and/or Master in Human Resources
  • Good knowledge of training design theory and learning processes & principles
  • Experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate environment
  • Confident with Learning Management Systems and training platforms
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level);
  • French and Spanish will be considered as a plus

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
