We are Currently Looking for a Speciality Asian Chef de Cuisine for a Luxury Cruise vessel - Position is comparable to Ex. Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine in a 5-Star Hotel. Candidate must have extensive knowledge, at least 5 years, in South East Asian, Thai, Chinese and Japanese cooking. Also must have experience running busy and large kitchens of a very high level.
