Associate Hotel Director (General Manager)

We are currently looking for an Associate Hotel Director (General Manager) for a Large Luxury Cruise Line.The Cruise Line is looking for inspired global professionals who believe in success through commitment and pride to join the expanding family.
This position assists the hotel director in the daily operations of the ship, strategic planning, forecasting, crew management and welfare, and overall guest satisfaction. The Associate Hotel Director should have the ability to manage the hotel operation in its entirety, as, occasionally, he/she may be asked to act as Hotel Director. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are searching for growth, as this position will thoroughly prepare a person to step into the role of Hotel Director. Potential candidates must have related management experience in a four or five star resort, hotel or cruise line.
