We are currently accepting applications for the position of Second Housekeeper on behalf of a well-known family cruise line.

You will be responsible for housekeeping related activities in all guest areas including staterooms, crew accommodation and public areas.

You will lead the team of stateroom hosts, house persons and custodians, while facilitating departmental meetings, conducting daily pre-shift and break-out meetings.

You will report all maintenance issues and inspect completion in a timely manner.

You will conduct daily inspections of designated areas, and ensure all housekeeping areas meet USPH and Coast guard regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years Housekeeping management experience on large cruise ships
  • Management experience working with a multinational Staff/Crew
  • Hospitality or Business Management degree OR industry related experience
  • Computer skills necessary (Word, Excel, Fidelio, Espresso)
  • Fluent English mandatory – additional European languages highly regarded

Contracts: 4 months on / 2 months off
