We are currently accepting applications for the position of Chef de Cuisine on behalf of a well-known family cruise line.
Minimum requirements:
- At least four years experience within high volume food operation including on cruise ships
- Proven technical and functional understanding of the ship based food Operation
- Excellent USPH knowledge
- Certified working Chef or equivalent degree in Culinary Arts
- Ability to calculate and control cost potentials/projections and understands the impact on budget
- Ability to propose, write and implement menus of high quality based on theme and seasonal availability
- Ability to write and cost recipes and train the team to execute them at the highest standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Contracts: 4 months on / 2 months off
