We are currently accepting applications for the position of Chef Assistant (Chef de Partie) on behalf of a well-known family cruise line.

Minimum requirements:

  • Formal culinary training
  • Minimum five years experience in kitchen environment including on cruise ships
  • Proficient in all stations in the kitchen
  • Ability to work with a multi-cultural team in a confined environment
  • Proficiency in safe food handling, HACCP / USPH
  • Previous ship experience preferred

Contracts: 6 months on / 2 months off
