The role will play a key part in driving tour (shore excursions) revenue across our fleet.
Based at our head office in Southampton, you will support the development of initiatives to maximize profitability. You will motivate the onboard teams, making sure that they have the right tools to maximise revenue and customer service. Working individually and as part of a team, you’ll implement and deliver projects to support sales.
Key responsibilities for this position:
- Development of initiatives to drive excursion revenues and maximize profitability
- Budget oversight
- Analyse results and initiate action plans
- Working with marketing to support our product
- Recruitment of onboard staff
About you
You’ll be used to working with sales and profitability targets – exceeding expectations will come naturally to you. The key to the success of this role will be your ability to motivate a team remotely, build effective relationships and make your innovative ideas come to life.
Preferably, you will have experience of working within cruise or travel.
